I have been using Ray Williamson Tree Service for 10 years. He and his
crew always show up when they say they will, they always have the lowest
bid, they always finish the job to my satisfaction. I trust them to do
the job impeccably. They have a group of guys who do a professional job
and Ray or his son always supervise everything. They have done trimming
on my 100 year old oak tree, they have taken down very large trees in my
yard. their new stump mulcher is amazing. He is the only one I trust to
touch my trees. They mulch all of the branches and leaves and recycle them.
When they took down my 50 year old Pecan tree, they cut the wood into lengths
that I could have milled into lumber and now I have kitchen cabinets made
of that Pecan tree. I highly recommend them for any tree job.

Several years ago one of trees split during
a storm. A friend recommended Ray and we were very
pleased. Service was prompt and he took care of everything
with just a handshake. Very reasonable too. A few weeks ago, we decided
we needed to get rid of a tree in our front. It was taking shingles off
the roof and could do some real damage. We called and they were out the
same day. They now how a machine that can grind down the roots. Again,
it was affordable, fast and good. It's kind of weird looking out and not
seeing the tree, but they did an excellent job. I also like that either
Ray or his son is around when they are doing the job. I'd recommend them
to anyone.

I'm extremely satisfied!
Ray gave me a fair price and went out of his way to make sure I was happy
with the job. They did great work, cleaned up after
themselves, didn't break anything and kept the lines
of communication open and honest. They weren't able
to grind a few stumps due to the slope of my yard
and retaining walls, so Ray negotiated on the price
to ensure I was still happy.
They worked their butts off, doing
2 days worth of work in 1 day, to finish before the
rain came in the following day.
Great local family doing honest hard
work!

With the vast amount of legit and non legit tree service places in and Austin,
I took a good friends recommendation and called
Ray Williamson. My friend had Ray remove a tree
in the past and told me that not only they do the
work he asked for a fair price, they even cleaned
up a few other trees in the yard as well. I needed
a rather large tree removed from my backyard due
to limb breakage from a storm and also a rotting
branch overhanging my house. Mr. Williamson arrived
promptly at the time he said he would and then
after surveying the damage gave me a quote that
was below what 3 other services had given me. He
did this with a handshake, not a contract which
reminded me of the way my father did business.
15 minutes later Mr. Williamson's son and crew
were cranking up the chainsaws and getting busy.
By the end of the day said tree was
removed along with a huge rotting branch from a neighbor's
tree that was over my roof.
Everyone on the crew
was professional, polite, and they left my yard
clean, neat, and tidy. The even have their own wood
chipper.
I highly recommend anyone that needs
any helps with trees to use Ray Williamson. They
have been in business since 1973 and are licensed
and bonded. I will use them again if needed.

I'm so happy we chose Ray to clean up our back
yard. Great pricing and excellent job! The trees
were manicured very nicely, all clippings were scredded
and going to be used for green purpose fill in some
of our zera scaping around some of our trees and
flower beds. The dead tree was removed including
the stump and the hole was filled in so grasses can
grow over it now.
Great job Ray!

This fine Saturday morning I awakened to
discover that the large cedar elm in my front
yard had toppled over, crashed into my fence,
and was lying close to my front door. Ray Sr.
showed up promptly after my call to give me a
bid. Then, Ray Sr., his son Ray, Jr., and the
crew spent the day removing the elm and planting
a new oak tree. They worked hard, were polite
and professional. I commend them to you.

I hired Ray Willamson tree service and
they did an outstanding job
removing a very large tree over my two story house. The tree was very dangerous
of falling into my house and my neighbors house and the price was the same
as 5 other company's. But I it felt right
with Ray Willamson tree service. They explained how everything was going
to be done and it went just like Mr. Williamson said it would. I highly
recommend Ray Willamson tree service !
Thank you

Choosing a company to remove a large, hollow tree
dangerously close to my home was a more difficult
(and expensive) project than I envisioned. I called
four companies total, two of which didn't call
me back. The people from Treemasters were nice,
but the pricing was very high. Just Trees wouldn't
remove the tree, claiming it was too dangerous
for their guys to climb and they didn't have the
equipment to navigate such a tight spot. I saw
Ray Williamson's truck in my neighborhood and gave
them a ring. Someone came over that day to give
me an estimate - it was $350 less than Treemasters.
They removed the tree three days later.
The tree was gi-normous and hollow. I asked if it was a problem to climb
and they told me, "Naw, those guys are skinny. It's no big deal." Hey, they're the experts, right? The crew reduced it to a tiny stump, practically flush with the ground. Not a single branch was left behind and nothing in my backyard was disturbed. Just shavings.
Later that evening, the original Ray (father and
son work together) stopped by my house to pick
up a check and I liked him immediately. Maybe it
was the pointy boots and leathered skin. Maybe
it was the gravelly, southwestern drawl of a lifelong
Texan, or the way he gently teased my son...but
I liked the guy, too.
